Even taking a survey to shine a light on the inequities(which you should absolutely do, no matter your situation)involves inequitable amounts of work!
When asked how many students served, one teacher was able to call their office manager and ask for the enrollment number for the school. Boom. Done. Another has to sort through every class in TAC/Teams/Schoology, adding up the class numbers for each section, sifting through classes they don't serve and sorting out students they share with other teachers. At multiple schools. Please fill out the survey so steps can be taken to make TPS a rewarding place to be an educator.
